MEAL CAESAR COCKTAILS

You know how lots of people replace meals with soylent, smoothies or juice?

During patio season, this Caesar cocktail with a Dukan-diet-friendly garnish pinch hits as a meal substitute (especially when you're trying to fit into your wedding dress)! I've already given up carbs, high-fat dairy & ribs - Gin is my life preserver!

INGREDIENTS:
1 C clamato juice
2 oz vodka or gin
1 dash of Worcestershire
1 dash of hot sauce
grated horseradish
celery salt, pepper & salt
limes
lots of ice (as needed)

GARNISH IDEAS
- turkey pepperette, pickles, celery, shrimp cocktail, pepperoncini (a mini slider would be heavenly)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rub lime wedge all over the edge of a tall glass. Mix celery salt, pepper and salt on a small plate. Turn glass over to line the rim of the glass.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the glass & stir.
3. Skewer your garnishes for a salty snack!
